Taidotech is an Australian AI platform company based in Geelong, Victoria. We design, build, and operate production AI systems for regulated service organisations.

Sophie is our managed voice + actions platform. We also provide workflow automation and AI + analytics services for organisations navigating the shift from manual operations to governed, AI-enabled service delivery.

Sophie is built on Microsoft Azure — Azure Communication Services, Azure Speech Services, and Azure AI Foundry — hosted in the Azure East Australia region.
