Taidotech configures Sophie for your specific context: conversation design, prompt creation, voice and accent selection, system integration, alerting setup, and end-to-end testing. You're involved throughout — reviewing conversation flows, testing scenarios, and providing feedback.

Sophie goes live against the agreed scope. The first two weeks are an active review period with daily touchpoints. Every interaction is reviewable in the Insights Centre. Adjustments are applied as configuration changes — no rebuilds.

Once the pilot is proven, additional functions, call types, or business units can be added through configuration. Each subsequent function reuses the existing platform foundation at lower marginal cost.
